Program Structure

In order to provide participating clinicians the best user experience, GWH recommends following our Content Guidelines for Active Learning. The GWH performance guarantee applies only to content within these guidelines. GWH also provides Content Adaptation Services that when utilized, insures programs qualify as paid for performance.

PROGRAM LENGTH

Program segment engagement including content & survey questions, to be a maximum of 10 minutes

  1. Minimum 1 survey question per segment
  2. Maximum survey questions 10 per segment

Survey length & question format

Note that open-ended questions are more difficult to quantify.

  1. Individual survey parts should be less than 10 questions.
  2. Ratings of 1-5, multiple choice, and yes/no questions are encouraged

Clinician participation in a Good Works Health program has been deemed non-remunerative (no transfer of valueto the clinician) by the Office of Inspector General for Health & Human Services (OIG Advisory Opinion No. 08-02)

*Donations can only be directed to Public, 501(c)(3) charities. Donations cannot be made to charities in which you, or your medical practice, have a financial interest. Additional restrictions may apply.

Participating clinicians receive recognition from the selected charity for the donation. However, you do not receive any money or any other material benefits. You also may not take a tax deduction.
